    Concierge Services

     

    What is Concierge Services?

    Concierge Services is a done-for-you ONTRAPORT service that invites clients to purchase hours to apply towards ONTRAPORT related services. Projects involve the following types of work: Maintenance, Custom Building, Migrations, and Training.

    Maintenance

    Maintenance encompasses things like tweaking, adjusting, and assisting with pre-existing ONTRAPORT campaigns. Examples include:

    • Split testing campaigns
    • Help generating reports/reporting structure
    • Optimizing a system
    • Adding/Removing components to a system

    Custom Building

    This is more "from the ground up" kind of work. We map, build, and deliver custom built ONTRAPORT systems.

    Training

    We can train single users or entire teams on the power of using ONTRAPORT in their business and help them learn the software so they can do things in their account on their own.

    Migrations

    This entails moving processes built on other platforms into ONTRAPORT. We can recreate forms, emails, autoresponders, products, order forms, affiliate programs, landing pages, membership programs - as well as import contacts and lists. Other types of migrations that include credit card data, purchase history or affiliate data can be done via Custom Dev Work. Common platforms include but are not limited to:

    • InfusionSoft
    • 1ShoppingCart
    • Autoresponders: Aweber, Constant Contact, iContact, MailChimp
    • Membership Systems: Wishlist Member, Optimize Press, Membermouse, S2 Member
    • Lead Pages, Click Funnels, ConvertKit, Drip
    How does it work?

    After you contact Support with your request for Concierge Services, we’ll get in touch to discuss what you’d like to accomplish and to book a scope call. This is done on business days, Monday - Friday in the Pacific time zone. Allow 1 - 2 business days for a team member to get back in touch with you.

    On that call, our team member will review your project and start creating a process map for your system. At this time, the estimated completion date will be agreed on. After your approval you are charged a small deposit to get the process started. 

    More complex projects may require an intermediate step. If required, you will get a comprehensive system map and finalized estimate for your approval. The time table for this deliverable will be set during the initial call, and can vary based on the complexity of your project. In most cases, the comprehensive system map and finalized estimate will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days.

    When you approve the comprehensive system map and estimate, you will pay 50% of the estimated cost, and your project will be scheduled.  

    When the delivery call takes place, you’ll get a recording of the call, a system map for your records and any documentation you’ll need to maintain your systems.

    How much does it cost?

    For ONTRAPORT related maintenance, custom building, training & migrations:

    • $150 / Hour

      CUSTOM BUILD (that I can use as a template for future campaigns).  I would like to create a survey to re-engage my list.  I will ultimately develop multiple surveys "attached" to different programs/products, hence the interest in a template I can re-use or alter. 

      As an initial scoping attempt, I'd be looking to capture name, email, phone (optional), 5-6 questions (yes/no or dropdown menu with up to 10 options) and maybe the option to rank the choices, 1-2 open ended question fields (less than 100 characters). Then I'll track the responders and put them into subsequent campaigns.

      Hopefully, that's enough to start the conversation.  I'm available for the rest of today and then back in the office on Monday (available before 2 pm).  If we can schedule a specific time, that would be helpful.
