How do I cancel my account?

I would like to cancel my account.

For security purposes, we cannot cancel your account for you. Our clients keep vital information in their accounts, and we cannot risk deleting on behalf of our clients due to liability for mistakenly lost data. Instead, we provide the tools for you to stop billing on your account at any time!

First, if you are having a particular issue, we'd love to see if we can make it right for you! Connect with one of our Business Solution Advisors at (805) 568 1424 option 1 and see if they can help. If you catch Business Solutions outside their business hours, you can reach our Support team by chat.

But we understand there are times when our clients must cancel. Here are the steps to cancel or stop billing at any time:

For ONTRAPORT level accounts:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Go to the upper right hand corner of your account and click on your email and select "Account" from the drop down section.
  3. See Account Details and refer to instructions under the "Need to Cancel" section.
  4. Click on the "Please close my account completely" link and follow the onscreen instructions.

When complete, you should be automatically logged out of your account and we will automatically cancel any outstanding charges. Note that your data may be deleted immediately, so you should be sure to export any information you want to keep before cancelling.

For ONTRApages Premium Accounts:

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Click on the "Upgrade" link at the upper right.
  3. Click the "ONTRAPAGES" link at the top left of the dialog box that pops up.
  4. Convert the account to a ONTRApages Free account by clicking the "Select This Plan" button.
