Setting email "reply to"

I've been able to change email FROM setting but unable to set email REPLY setting. (All our email seem to have a reply-to to our main admin account,  but we need to direct them to a specific individual.

An Ontraport help page says to do that for each individual message (though I'd prefer to set it globally) but the message form does not offer that option. Any suggestions?
