I've been a customer for around 3 years, beginning with the Sendpepper option and moving to the Plus package nearly 18 months ago. For the first several months after moving to Plus, the chat support was exceptional. The last few times I've tried to get basic answers have been far different. The most recent two have provided no answer at all after attempting to ask the question a different way several times. While the questions could possibly be something the person on the other end just doesn't have access to, that would be a significantly more acceptable answer than giving vague responses for ten minutes and avoiding the actual question. Had it only happened once, I'd think it was a fluke. Since it's happened each time I've tried using chat recently, I'm starting to get concerned that Ontraport is taking a page out of the Clickfunnels playbook on how to avoid direct questions.
