Tiny Support Ticket submission box - can we make it bigger?!

I know it's much more helpful if I provide the support team as many details as possible when submitting my support ticket. But typing details into the tiny box in the bottom right corner of the screen is painful.  I'd love to see an option to make this box bigger.  Some great options would be to have it expand to full screen or undock the window from the sidebar and make it a custom size.   

Even responding to the support team is much easier in the "My Support Tickets" screen (https://support.ontraport.com/hc/en-us/requests) as I'm able to expand the size of the window.  Could we have an option to submit a support ticket from that screen?

Thank you for your feature request! We'll leave this open to see if we get additional votes on it.

One alternate method: email support@ontraport.com from the email address you use for your account. That will create a ticket with the contents of your email.

I agree, I usually type my questions in notepad, so I can see them and have them ready when I am allowed to enter them in the chat window.

Unlocking the chat window would also help because many times during the chat the window covers up what I'm trying to do or read.
