I am requesting a field to be added to the reporting or grouping criteria.
At the moment we can generate all sorts of reporting fields but we cant bring forward to the front page visibility on interactive touch points from the notes/tasks page (conversation/email/message etc.)
I would like to be able to see dates that last had an entry note of any kind (from the notes page) to the front page in a created group so that when sorting I can see who has had most recent contact or needs the first contact.
I can see when they were added - so how long they've been in our system, but that doesn't mean they've even had a contact yet. A date that a note was added to indicate communication or dialogue was had would be so helpful and much more reliable for managing leads.
