Trigger automation based on keyword content in incoming emails

A very useful feature would be the ability to scan incoming emails (that are syncing to contact records) and trigger automation actions based on the presence of keywords / phrases in either the subject line or email body.

To do this I would need to be able to access (in the automation) the email subject and body content for the Last Email Received for a contact.....or something like that.
