Custom Timeframe on Reports

Hi guys,

I can't workout how to set a custom timeframe for basic reports such as email sent, opened, etc.  It locks me into one of the fixed periods which is ridiculously limiting for anyone monitoring their results.  I worked out a way to get a custom range for sales data but the other metrics need that breakdown as well.  I'm sure the answer is pretty simple?

Otherwise, is there a way to export the data so I can run the reports myself?

For dashboard metrics, we do have custom date ranges available in version 4.0. See the video on this page, starting at 2:25, for an explanation of the date ranges in 4.0. Here's a screen shot:

Additionally, when you create those Dashboard metrics, they're clickable so they take you to the group of contacts that meet the Dashboard criteria. You can export those contacts as well. :)
