Do recurring monthly subscriptions charge every 30 days?

Subscriptions that are set to charge monthly will "lock" to the date that the initial purchase was made.

Ex. Initial payment is made on the 16th of the month. The subscription "locks" to the 16th, so the subsequent payment will be due on the 16th of the following month.

Note: If there is no matching date found within the next month, the charge will occur on the last available day of the month.  For example, if the initial payment is made on the 31st of the month, but the subsequent month only goes up to 30 days, the next charge will occur on the 30th of that month.
