Is there a way to track response to any one email?

There doesn't seem to be a function inside Ontraport that allows for this tracking. Is there anyone who has had success tracking response rates for emails? Thank you!

You can see the overall stats for any message in the Messages library. Add the columns "Open", "Not Opened", "Clicked", "Not Clicked", etc. The numbers represented there will, when clicked, open an ad hoc group of Contacts opened, didn't open, etc. 

 

 

You can also create individual metrics for a single email using any date range you like in the Dashboard.

Thank you for your response. I have that set up already, it was the replies back that boss was particularly interested in recording in mass, rather than an employee counting them manually.

You can use IMAP Settings to capture and record those responses in ONTRAPORT, but we don't aggregate statistics on them.
