It's amazing to me that this is not obvious. I didn't question that OF COURSE a refund would be reflected on an invoice. So, I issued a refund on Friday, manually resent the invoice / statement (a PREVIEW function would be great as long as I'm at it) ...and now I'm spending my Sunday managing an angry client threatening legal action and capturing screenshots from the merchant account, spending time with support and well, doing this.
This is/ should be obvious.
