You can just manually change the date of next charge for him/her. We do it and it works like charm!

Membership pausing feature
We currently offer meal plans which is month to month and cancel anytime.
We use Ontraport with Access Ally.
Is there a way in OP that we can have people click something or check a box in which they can PAUSE their subscription for 1, 2, 3 or X number of months which they can choose and then it automatically starts back up again after that period of time?
This way, they won't have to re-purchase the product again.
We've had multiple requests from this from our customers.

If you have a drip Sequence that releases content month by month, you can pause/unpause a sequence. Use a date field of when they want to start back up again and a rule to trigger the pausing/unpausing of the content.
