Note: the following now works for all of the ONTRAmail, ONTRAforms and ONTRApages editors as well as the legacy HTML Email editor.

Updated September 8, 2017

Spell check is included in most browsers. To enable it in Chrome, click the Chrome "hamburger" menu - three vertical dots indicated by the number 1 in the image below. Select Settings (2). Scroll to the bottom (3) and click Advanced (4). Scroll down (5) to Languages and click Spellcheck (6). Slide the toggle to the right to enable spell checking (7).

For Firefox, click the hamburger menu in the top right (three horizontal lines) and select Options. Click Advanced in the side menu and check off Check your spelling as you type

I also use Chrome and don't see a way to activate the spell check add on when typing emails. This is very frustrating and ridiculous. In this day and age offering spell check should be a basic service. I am going to have to switch to a CRM that offers a comprehensive solution just because you don't offer something as basic as spell check.

Frank,  It seems the Chrome advice you are giving for spell check is not working. I updated my Chrome browser and still do not see the Language section where you can select "use this language for spell check" . Attached is the screen shot of the Language section I can see, which as you can see no longer gives that option so there still is no good solution or work around for spell check. I do not understand in this day and age why you are not programming your newsletters to include spell check. That is like a mandatory business feature from 1999. Please either focus your efforts in adding that most basic feature OR tell me a proven method as to how I can get the spell check to work on my end. This is beyond frustrating. Thank you!
