I have a FB Conversion Pixel set up on my "confirmation page," which is an OP Landing Page, FYI.
I've had sign-ups, so I know the FB ad is actually converting, but my FB Ad Campaign is not registering (showing) the conversions in their tracking.
Any idea where something might be going wrong? Here is the flow of my campaign:
FB Ad --> Landing Page --> Opt-In --> Lightbox Pop for add'l data --> Confirmation Page
All of the website pages are using OntraPort, and I have the FB Pixel installed on all pages and the FB Conversion Pixel code on the Confirmation Page. I have the tool setup on Chrome, so I can see that the Pixel is firing correctly.
Has it been at least 12 - 24 hours since you started tracking? Facebook pixel results can be delayed at first (see this Facebook Help Team post: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/community/question/?id=10105570828452021

I actually figured out what I think was the problem. Now I'm waiting 12-24 hours to see if I'm seeing Pixel results. :-)
