Absolutely! I use them when I teach our Bootcamp/Certification class. I have one ONTRApage for each class that gives download links to all the class materials.
Use our File manager to upload your materials. And link to them on on ONTRApage.
If you want to protect access, then you'd want to use a Wordpress site and our Pilotpress plugin (if you want individual member usernames/passwords) or just a plain Wordpress site with a password protected page (if you want just one universal password).
