Ability to Toggle Broadcast History in Permissions

Every user sees broadcast history, and there is no way to toggle this in the permissions. 

Not all users need to see it, sometimes there is information that isn't appropriate, security, etc. 

This is both a preference, and security issue that would be solved, with the ability to adjust the permissions, like most other areas within the CRM
