New block display option: Everyone EXCEPT Logged in Members
My request is to have an "everyone EXCEPT logged in Members" display filter in blocks.
This would allow me to:
- Have a global header with a login button that displays to anyone who isn't logged in and
- Have a "sign up or log in" message on pages where users are either anonymous or not signed in.

This will be really helpful. Any status update? Currently the only way to accomplish similar objectives is to set block visibility to SHOW BLOCK only to anonymous, and then make another matching block, and make it SHOW only to identified users that don't have a logged-in tag (a tag which itself is cumbersome to manage with each log-in /log-out). Really need this option for proper, clean site design. Thanks!!!

The login button is useful usecase but there are other usecases that require a display condition for not logged in too. Thanks!
