Allow Subscription Payments to "Log offline transaction"

While individual orders allow you to "Log offline transactions", this is currently not available for subscription payments. We have a few customers that wish to transfer payments regularly to our bank account and this is difficult to track in Ontraport as this feature is not available. I figure this should hopefully be simple to do as it is already available for individual orders. Thank you for your review and consideration of this feature.
