Reset Field Settings & Save Special Report Type

Hi. I changed some fields in a report I needed (removed all but 4) and thought that would only work for that one report  or that maybe I could save it as a report option for myself- which would also be a nice feature= Save special Reports, so then when I went to pull the report again, needing all of the fields it only pulled the 4 fields I had wanted in my previous report. 

It is quite tedius to go back and click/add each field back to a report so it would be great to have a "Reset Field Settings" option.
