Thank you for the feature request! We do have improvements planned for Pages that will be coming perhaps later this year (no official ETA yet, but it is on our roadmap).
In the meantime, you can use a Custom HTML Code block and use standard HTML5 to "code your own" expandable sections. Here's a page that uses it (the last section opens up to show what the code looks like, and includes a link to a text file that you can copy/paste into a Custom HTML block for testing): HTML5 Details Tag in a Custom HTML Block
