Increase logged in time for Membership Sites

Currently the membership sites log users out after 24 hours. I'd like it to stay logged in for MUCH longer, or possibly indefinitely.

Links in our emails and community site require the user to be logged in and then once they do that, they don't get the deep link that takes them to the original content and have to go hunting. It's causing a LOT of friction for members and they are submitting extra support requests and cancelling.

Thanks for the feature request! We are looking at changing this, although I don't have a specific ETA yet.

Hi Katie! You can now select how long you'd like your users to be inactive before being automatically logged out. Go to the "auto logout" dropdown to select the length of time. Learn more here: https://ontraport.com/support/membership-sites/create-an-ontraport-membership-site-from-scratch/
