The display options for blocks now include options to show the block to "All logged in members" or "Everyone except logged in members".

Block Visibility Settings For Memberships
It would be really helpful if blocks could be hidden from logged in members. Currently there is no clean solution for that. I want to be able to have one navigation header block visible for logged-in users, and one header for not-logged-in users (anonymous and identified).
