Campaign search tag or field

Request posted on behalf of V. Pidkowich: 

This is a request to have the ability to filter further by all custom fields [in campaigns]. Such as by tags, and whatever else I choose and to again filter with layers such as multiple tags, multiple custom fields. Contacts who have said tags, or said values in fields, would appear in campaign performance mode.
