Prevent Invoice Creation Until Invoice is "Paid"

For accounting organization, it would be nice if Invoice IDs weren't generated until an invoice is successfully paid. Instead of an Invoice ID for other Transactions, just a Transaction ID could be used as the identifier of the transaction for record keeping purposes.

Our accounting update will address this, and have true invoice creation (unpaid invoices you can send to a customer for them to pay). The project is in the works, but I can't give an ETA on it just yet (we have quite a few higher priority projects that will be released first).
