It would be great if we could opt to attach the invoice as a PDF instead of embedding it in the email. This would make for a better customer experience as attachments are easier to file in their accounting systems and would overcome the mis-formatting caused by the servers. My invoices look horrible when they arrive to Outlook email addresses.

Thanks for this feedback; I will share it with the team. As a workaround, you might try using our "View in browser" button in your invoice to open the invoice into a new tab. Then you should be able to save it from there.
