Please make the mobile app use the OP sms numbers for texting.

It makes no sense that we would have OP texting numbers that arent also used on the mobile app.  I do not allow our sales reps to use their personal numbers.  We have a voip phone system that works with mobile app on their cell phones and we have OP sms numbers set up for texting except that if someone replies to one of our many automated sms's and we are not on the laptop we cannot respond through the mobile app.  As you know response to sms is expected right away, not after a few hours when you get back to the office.

We have some great news to share regarding your request.
 
We just released Inbox Mobile today. This new feature allows you and your team to interact with SMS messages from your clients directly on the go, using your Ontraport numbers. This should solve the issue of needing to be at a laptop to provide those immediate responses.
