Required: Video thumbnail selection or frame 1

OP Team,

I am trying to move all my videos to OP hosted from Vimeo and running into a major limitation. OP chooses a random frame (or at least it seems to) as my thumbnail image for the video. The impact is that when the page loads and video is selected to play in the background of a block, the first frame is that rando thumbnail and then it proceeds to frame 1 of the video. Really bad glitchy experience for the viewer of the page. 

Please make the thumbnail automatically frame one by default. Then you can develop some sort of way for me to upload my own thumbnail. That will be a need soon as I have a grid of videos to show and need to have a thumb with text overlay of the title of the video.

At a very minimum....I need frame 1 to be the thumbnail.

One key reason I moved to OP from my WP frankenstack of tools was for simplification and cost control. My only option right now is to keep paying for a Vimeo hosting account and load my background videos from Vimeo. OP hosted video is all but useless to me if the user experience is random because of a rando thumbnail.
