Autoplay Video on IOS

Videos don't autoplay on IOS.  I've read that videos "must have...playsinline attributes for it to autoplay on iOS devices"

Please fix this.  Non-ontraport sites have it working.

In my case, the video is a block background, audio off, looped. It works fine on desktop.
