Increase size of video files and add thumbnail option

I'm teaching zoom classes that are 75 minutes in length and have recently switched to using OP Membership to host my call replays. Unfortunately I have to either use youtube (not ideal) or pay extra for vimeo or wistia. Please increase the size of video files.

Also there is a huge need for improvement in the thumbnail department. It's just choosing a random image and I can't control it. Both of these features need to be upgraded for a professional membership program.
