Set up SMS Profile in Europe

As a business, it is way more trustworthy to send out an SMS to contacts with the business name as sender. Now, it is only possible to sent out from a number (but the number is not known by the contact and also of a format that raises questions).

So my wish, as I understood already possible in the US, setting up a profile so we can sent with our business name as sender.
