Field Editor - Add tab in a tab (as for the tab notes / tasks)

Hi, 

In the field editor section. We have the possibility to add fields but not to add tables. 

It would be great if we could add personalized tables in tabs (such as the tables exists in the NOTES & TASKS tabs, for the notes). This would be really helpfull to centralize our calls summaries on a user's profile directly.
