Add Essential Invoice Merge Fields

Update the merge fields available for invoice templates - currently does not have a field to merge in the current date or month that the payment was processed in - it only has the original order date - this is an issue for our clients on subscriptions are all their monthly invoices have the same original date instead of the date of the current month and the date the payment was processed.

Additionally, Number of payments remaining would also be helpful.
