I wanted to add a bit more clarification about how our Metrics function:
Dashboard Metrics calculate continuously for 3 days after it is visited. After the third day, it will change to a 24-hour calculation period. If you visit the Dashboard after a 3 day period or longer, the statistics will show as "Last updated: 1 day ago" and recalculate all metrics within about an hour.
Have you considered experimenting with rollup fields in lieu of some of your metrics? It will take a little tinkering to get what you want, but we wanted to mention it just in case. Here's our support resource with more information: https://ontraport.com/support/crm/using-rollup-fields/.
