Use Exit function with Add to Automation

Can you create a checkbox in the 'Add to Automation' action that allows it to work like the 'End' action when you change it to 'Exit'.  I have some use cases where I want a contact to leave the 1st automation when I add him to the 2nd automation.  I don't want him to be stuck in a waiting state on the 1st automation.
