Conditional Display - Have OR feature work like the OR feature in Group searches

PLEASE have page-level and block-level conditional display options work as they do in the group search conditions. For example, Field = A, B, or C instead of field = A or field = B or field = C. This would help in situations where you want Field Z to = √ AND Field X = A, B, or C.
