Adjust "Wait" element in Virtual Events automation template

Request on behalf of client Life With Lydia: 

"Currently, users who encounter a "Wait until date/time" block *after the given date/time have passed* are stuck there forever, causing admin to have to go back and retroactively change the automation to rescue those people. Please make the "Wait until" block actually unblock the automation flow at the given date/time, so future users can pass straight through to the next thing on the automation without additional action required by admin."
