Request to add sezzle and after pay

I'd like to request adding integration options for sezzle or afterpay, or both as payment gateway options for Ontraport.

Today, we released the Stripe Payment Element, which allows you to offer Afterpay as a payment option on your order forms. Sezzle does not appear to be supported by Stripe, but they do offer other pay now pay later options.
