Same as NZ mobile numbers. It's annoying not being able to customise phone number fields to your locale

Allow preceding zeros in SMS field
UK, Ireland and other countries use a 0 at the beginning of SMS numbers, however the system spits back an 'invalid number' message if the zero is input into the SMS field.
It would be a much better user experience if preceding zeros were recognised on certain country's SMS numbers.
