We will be making it easy to add a booking calendar to an Ontraport page (where you can easily edit the favicon), but in the meantime you can follow instructions here.

As for Ontraport not yet using Ontraport's calendar, there are a couple reasons for that... the biggest one being that we just haven't had time to make the switch. In general, our company is significantly larger and more complicated of a business than most of our client's businesses, so I wouldn't be scared off by this fact. But we're excited to make the switch soon!
