Ability to save an invoice as a PDF

My client has members who tell them they don't get copies of their invoices via email (for whatever reason). The client doesn't have a membership site yet, and it would be great if the ability to "Download as PDF" were an option for the different things you can do within the invoice Actions dropdown. Then, we could download and send it another way or to a different email.
