Booking Page features

Brenda Florida

When a client books a session from my booking page, the client's name does not transfer into the "event" that is created in Google Calendar. I've used Acuity for years and their system brings the client name into Google Calendar automatically. I really with Ontraport's system did that. It's irritating to have all the appointments go into my calendar as "60-min coaching session" without a client's name associated with it. I have to open the appointment and look at the email to know who it is and obviously, not everyone has an email that is easy to associate with their name. To create a merge field that would insert the clients name seems like an easy fix and one that I would value. I don't want to go back to Acuity.  Thanks!

Hi Brenda! This is now possible.

Here's some info about our latest feature release -- Create unique event titles for calendar events and booking pages.

You can now have separate titles on your booking pages and their related calendar events so you and your clients have more clarity. You can also use merge fields to include names or other details in the titles.

For example, you can display generic event titles like “30-minute consultation” and “60-minute coaching session” on your booking page. Once a client books, your calendar event can reflect who it’s booked with – “60-minute coaching session with Jackie Smith.”

This allows you to have greater control over your event titles and stay more organized with your bookings!
