Single use code/coupon gift feature

Could you make it so that if I were to create a single use coupon code that covers 100% of the cost of the product its applied to, that the user of the code would not need to enter their credit card information in the checkout form.

ex: I offer a masterclass/webinar/course for someone in our program to purchase as a gift to give to someone that is not in our program. The gift purchaser gets a message with the personal coupon code and a URL they can give to the gift recipient.

The recipient is directed to the URL where they enter their name and email, opting in, and the personal coupon code which then triggers an automation to give them all the info they need to access the free masterclass/webinar/course.

Right now, there is no way to enable a coupon code without requiring the user to enter their credit card information. As a gift, I don't won't to require a recipient to have to enter any payment info to access the gift they received by using their coupon.
