We need to be able to see an sms stream of conversation so we can see the sms back and forth history just like on your phone.
Perhaps you can add all sms in and out to the contact log except that instead of the subject saying sent sms on the number you put the actual content of the sms and when you click you get which number it was sent from or received to. That would make it much more useful.
Not sure if you have seen GoHighLevel but you need to take a look at what they are doing with automated sms marketing and AI scheduling and conversation bots. Its a game changer and if you dont jump on board you will likely lose a lot of customers to them.
