Edit language of DCMS block pagination Previous / Next buttons

Some users develop websites in languages other than English. Currently, DCMS Previous/Next pagination buttons are uneditable in their content, so if a page is in a different language, the pagination language remains English. This can be confusing to some page visitors.

It would be great to have a language option for these buttons, or even better - the option to customize their content entirely, giving users the option to customize based on needs. For example, someone may want to use "Back" and "Forward" instead of "Previous" and "Next".
