Make SMS data a merge field

We have numerous staff who do not log in to Ontraport and I set up all comms to them via emails and merge fields. It's very annoying that currently, you cannot set the text from a reply SMS from a client as a merge field into a notification to our staff (eg. here's what the client has txt back)

If this is something easy to manage, I'd surely appreciate it. Otherwise, my staff has to receive a notification, log in to a system they don't use otherwise, search for their client, click contact history, find the return SMS, just to see what the client has responded with.

This feature has been released. As of release number 3.0.661 you can include the merge field [Last Inbound SMS] in a notification email to yourself to see the most recent SMS message received. 

Create a message with the merge fields you wish to identify the contact and the message:

Then, create a global Rule with the Trigger "SMS Received from Contact" and add the action under "Then Do This" to "Notify someone with an email" sending that email to yourself. It will be populated with the contact's information including the full text of their last SMS message to ONTRAPORT.
