I'd like to see the ability to group rules, tags, sequences and messages into folder - so that you can easily get to the sequence/etc. you are working on.

That's what 'groups' are for... for sequences, contacts, messages, rules, etc. Typically you'll use naming conventions for the sequence/rule/message/etc (like 'Hot Dog Campaign: Sequence 1') and then create a group where 'Name Contains Hot Dog' to quickly get to all the relevant items.
I agree! Instead of creating groups and having to look at a dropdown, I'd like to have hierarchical folder structure like you do in Mac Finder/Windows Explorer, even if it's only one level deep. I've only been using OP a short time, and although I'm following a naming convention to keep related messages together, I can already see how my Messages list is going to get unwieldy. Let me create collapsable folders so I have less to look at.
