ONTRAPORT is the first and only business automation software to make Facebook Custom Audiences automation a reality without the use of extra cost third party tools. It is a fantastic feature for solo-preneurs and other small businesses that can use their personal Facebook profile and Ads Manager.
But for many larger clients, and consultants, Facebook requires them to use Business Ad Manager accounts to manage several different Facebook Ads accounts. This feature request is to determine the interest in expanding the exclusive ONTRAPORT integration with Facebook Custom Audiences to work with the Business Ad Manager accounts as well.
UPDATE AS OF MARCH 6, 2018
Multiple personal ad accounts and business manager accounts are available in our integration allowing ONTRAPORT users to select custom audiences from all Ad Accounts they have access to. The navigation pulldown menu will show the ad account and the custom audiences underneath each ad account.
