Suggest a Form Template

To suggest a Smart Form template, make sure you are logged into the Forums and click the "Suggest an Idea" button. Your name will appear at the upper right if you are logged in:

If you are not logged into the Forums, click the Question mark icon in ONTRAPORT at the upper right of the screen and select the FEEDBACK link:

If you are not logged into the Smart Form Template Suggestions forum click the "Community Forum" link and then select the "Smart Form Template Suggestions" forum.

Here are some tips for suggesting a Smart Form template:

• Provide a brief description

• Include a link to a web page version of the email template, if possible.

• List any "must have" features for the template
