ONTRApages: Add thumbnail image option to video blocks

It would be ideal to have the ability to upload a custom video thumbnail image uploader for video blocks in ONTRApages. Currently, the video manager picks a snapshot from the middle of the hosted video as the thumbnail and that is what shows up on the video block.

this is crucial feature. You can't even use the video hosting capability of Ontraport without this!

Yes, this is really awkward to have a random thumbnail for the video
