Ontraport and Facebook integragration

I have a current tab on FB biz page that leads to a free ebook, (my website opt in)...  I'm migrating from Confusionsoft into Ontraport and want to know how to link this to my Ontraport account.

Unfortunately, Facebook changes their interface and allowed options often. We have an updated forum article on it at https://ontraport.zendesk.com/entries/58786854-Facebook-Integration  It is working as of March 3, 2015.

In the comments is a video showing how to create the "Connect with Facebook" button in the Facebook Developer's section. The video is a rough draft and hasn't been adapted by our video department to show in the actual forum article yet, but it should give you an idea.

I hired someone to do this, but I'm still wanting to know how it's done.  How do you (starting from scratch) link a FB button to an opt in form, and then send them to a landing page?

Couldn't you simply create a smart form and  publish the accompanying landing page through Onraport and then  use a link in the FB post/FB ad  to send them to the landing page? That seems the simplest, most direct approach.
